The ResTicket system exists provide students with a quick and easy way to report technology related problems. Any student experiencing a problem with technology on campus is encouraged to file a request for assistance.

Submitting a request for help allows us to easily assist you. Once your ticket is recieved a member of our staff can quickly and easily track your technology problem. The ResTicket system is designed to automatically provide students with updates regarding their ticket(s).

After submitting your ticket, you will receive continual email, text, and web updates (if you so choose) until your problem is resolved. It's that easy!

Request help in 3 easy steps:

1. Login to the ResTicket system by clicking Request Help!

2. Select Submit New Trouble ticket after logging in.

3. Follow the easy to use wizard to submit your ticket.
