Tripled Freshmen
| Beacuse of room designs tripled freshmen need a switch to access the internet. |

- Most dorm rooms are designed for 2 students, and are therefore equipped with 2 network connections. Incoming freshmen who are in a "TRIPLED" room will need to acquire an ethernet switch. A switch provides multiple network connections.
- These switches will be provided by Residence Life free of charge to tripled rooms (one per room).
- You may sign one out at the front desk of your respective Residence Hall or between 2 - 4pm daily at the ResComp Help Desk located at the back entrance of North Hall (faceing Columbia).
- You still need to provide a network cable for your computer.
- You will need to provide a power to this device within several feet of your network connections.
