Outlook  Issues on iPhones

There can be several reasons your account has issues in the Outlook app on your iPhone. Therefore, we provide a few ways to troubleshoot to unsure your CU account works properly with your Outlook app on your iPhone.

 

1. Clear App Cache: 

 --> Delete the Outlook app

 --> Reinstall it from the App Store

 

2. Remove and re-add your account: 

 --> Open the Outlook app - then Settings > Mail > Accounts - Select your CU account and Delete Account then restart your iPhone.

 --> Open the Outlook app - then Settings > Mail > Account click Add Account and add in your CU account.

 

3. Update iOS:

 --> Ensure your iOS and Outlook App are up to date.

 --> Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check fo iOS updates.
