The Bloomsburg Campus provides in person student assistance via two locations.
--> Ground floor of the Ben Fanklin Building
--> Backside of Luzerne Residence Hall (facing Soltz Hall)
Our Student ResComp Techs can assist with the following:
- Device registration assistance
- MS Office installation and troubleshooting
- WiFi and Campus Network connectivity issues
- System OS errors and updates
- Installation of campus software on computers, phones etc
- Answering questions regarding Brightspace, Zoom, MS Office 365, Outlook Email and more
- Troubleshooting system hardware related problems
NOTE: ResComp will assist in troubleshooting hardware issues, however, we are not an authorized repair center for any vendor or manufacturer warranties. For that reason, we cannot perform hardware related repairs.
