MAC randomization on your devices.
"MAC address randomization" is enabled on most cells phones as well as a lot of other devices. This setting must be disabled / turned off before you gain access to the campus network. Via the "Disable MAC Randomization" link you'll find instructions for the most common devices. Once disabled, continue with "Register a device".
