Steps for getting Outlook working on iPhones
Explanation: uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook app on an iPhone does not always remove user data assciated with an account which can cause syncing issues with the server. Therefore, deleting the cache and data files, then removing the account will provide an unused factory version of the Outlook app. Then re-adding your account should establish the correct data files for proper syncing with the server.
